Job summary

Canopy Growth Corporation is seeking a Territory Manager in Manitoba to lead sales and community engagement from Winnipeg. The role emphasizes relationship building with retailers, driving distribution, and executing marketing initiatives in a remote field sales capacity.

You will manage accounts, plan territory activities, and report to the Regional Sales Manager. A strong background in sales within CPG/beverage sectors and data-driven selling is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience with a track record of meeting quotas and executing in-store KPIs.
• Industry background in beverage alcohol or adjacent CPG sectors is a plus.
• Territory & remote execution: able to work independently in a remote field sales capacity.
• Customer-centric approach with the ability to translate consumer insights into sales actions.
• Data & tech literacy: comfortable using data-driven environments and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage Territory Manitoba: oversee all accounts and build the company as the preferred partner.
• Drive brand awareness and community engagement in the assigned market.
• Identify and execute distribution opportunities to maximize market share and visibility.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives to build consumer loyalty and accelerate growth.
• Maintain accurate accounts and administrative data; meet KPIs for volume and distribution.
• Lead educator sessions for partners and retailers and coordinate route plans.
