Manulife John Hancock is seeking a dynamic Bilingual Business Development Consultant (Internal Wholesaler) to grow relationships with financial advisors and field staff across Canada. You will drive sales through proactive outbound calling and consultative selling of guaranteed wealth solutions, including segregated funds, annuities and GICs.

This role offers a strong training platform for future field roles within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of financial services or sales experience.
• Proven success in proactive sales and cold calling.
• College or University degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Bilingual English/French.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to financial advisors to develop and expand relationships (min 60 calls/day).
• Gather intelligence on advisors' practices to tailor solutions.
• Promote segregated funds, annuities and GICs to help clients grow and generate income.
• Execute sales campaigns and identify top prospects with actionable plans.
• Use Salesforce to maintain adviser profiles and track activity.
