Manulife is seeking a dynamic Bilingual Business Development Consultant (Internal Wholesaler) for Guaranteed Wealth Solutions. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of financial services (wealth, investments or insurance) or sales experience.
• Proven success in proactive sales and cold calling.
• College or University degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Bilingual English/French.

Responsibilities

• Proactively make outbound calls to financial advisors in mass market territory, minimum 60 calls per day.
• Gather intelligence on advisors’ practices using a question-based selling model.
• Optimize delivery of value-added products and services while highlighting Manulife’s guaranteed wealth solutions.
• Support advisors in positioning segregated funds, annuities and GICs to grow, protect and generate income.
• Execute sales campaigns, identify top prospects, and create actionable plans.
• Use Salesforce to maintain advisor profiles, track activity, and share leads.
