Responsibilities

• Build connections and maintain relationships with advisors and internal partners.
• Contribute to annual territory business plan and help execute it.
• Prepare reports, fund proposals, and provide guidance on policies and regulations.
• Schedule meetings, manage budgets, and coordinate weekly team sessions.
• Lead advisor and industry events from planning to execution.
• Manage email campaigns, track results, and maintain communications.
• Act as main point of contact for internal and external partners.
