Sentrex Health Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator to support PerCuro clinics in a fully remote role. You will manage appointment scheduling, reminders, medication coordination, andCRM data entry, ensuring timely and accurate communication across clinics, Haven, and PSP teams.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education combined with 2 years of community college or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and customer service skills.
• French/English bilingualism is required.
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office and databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient appointments and tracks in a timely manner to ensure access to treatment.
• Liaises between clinic, pharmacy, and Haven team for scheduling and medication coordination.
• Processes post-infusion paperwork by entering data and uploading documents into CRM.
• Oversees invoicing related to activities and paperwork.
• Responds to calls, emails, and voicemails efficiently and professionally.
• Builds relationships with patients and healthcare teams to provide confident, secure service.
