You will support, monitor, and consult with customers across a large client base, and promote program services at key milestones. Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience in customer experience or operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct customer interaction and guidance across the mobility journey.
• Coordinate with supplier partners to arrange authorized services for customers.
• Use omnichannel tools (phone, email, chat) for timely support.
• Maintain data integrity and accurate notes to inform processes.
