Job summary

Lineage Canada is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the frontline contact for customers, handling accurate order entry, proactive communication, and issue resolution. The CSR will work with TMS and EDI systems to ensure timelines and data integrity.

This role requires bilingual English/French, detail orientation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with a mix of home and onsite days (Mon/Fri remote, Tue-Thu onsite).

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, preferably in logistics.
• Proficiency in English and French.
• Attention to detail and strong communication.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders accurately into the TMS system.
• Communicate ETAs, shipment status, and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
• Monitor reports and update TMS, customer portals, and EDI systems for accuracy.
• Provide the highest level of service to customers and collaborate with internal teams.
• Support outreach activities for SME customers as directed by leadership.
