Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French; other languages are highly desired.
• 1 year in a customer experience or business operations role preferred.
• International experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct customer interaction and coordination across mobility services (80%).
• Provide client support and status updates (10%).
• Attend training and internal meetings; perform other Sirva tasks (10%).
