TD in Canada is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to assist customers throughout their banking journey. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and payments, assess needs, recommend solutions, and resolve concerns in a fast-paced environment.

You will promote banking solutions, achieve sales goals, and contribute to a positive, diverse workplace while delivering superior customer experiences. TD emphasizes training and development for career growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
• Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills to work in a fast-paced environment
• Hands on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet
• A go-getter who can exercise initiative and be accurate and detail oriented
• A dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills

Responsabilités

• Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments as per standardized operating procedures
• Understand and determine customer needs to recommend solutions specific to those needs
• Respond and resolve customers' concerns using standard procedures and escalating non-standard activities
• Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes
• Connect personally with customers to advise them appropriately and clearly on banking solutions and processes
• Help build a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness
• Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements
