BrightOrder Inc. is seeking a hands-on marketing leader to own and execute the company’s integrated marketing plan. You will mentor two specialists, lead multi-channel campaigns, and directly influence strategy with access to leadership in a remote setting.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product and Customer Experience, leveraging AI tools to push efficiency, expand brand reach and drive qualified opportunities across Canada and North America.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of broad B2B marketing experience in software or technology, most of it hands-on.
• Extensive use of AI platforms and AI applications to drive efficiencies and reduce operating costs.
• A record of building demand-generation programs and using data to improve them.
• Strong writing and editing; you can turn a complex product into a clear message.
• Working depth in HubSpot or a comparable CRM, GA4, SEO and email marketing.
• Experience mentoring or leading others while carrying your own workload.
• Comfort moving between strategy and execution in a remote, fast-moving team.
• Proven track record in high-growth startup or agile small-business environments.
