Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rate outputs, compare images and videos to judge adherence to prompts, and explain in writing what looked off. This is remote and on your schedule.

We offer flexible hours and monthly earnings potential, with earnings up to $18 USD/hr plus incentives. Access to leading LLMs is included, and researchers from multiple countries participate.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Great attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio and video.
• Write a concise, English explanation pointing to what was seen or heard for each evaluation.
