Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

This 1099 contract opportunity pays up to $15 USD per hour with weekly payments and flexible hours. You’ll rate outputs for adherence and quality, produce writing explanations, and help improve how AI follows prompts, from anywhere with a internet

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication and comfortable with everyday conversation.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to look and listen closely.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio and video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a concise explanation in English.
