Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented reviewers to assess AI-generated media. You’ll roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and identify what’s off, all remotely on your schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with sharp written communication and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include ranking outputs, explaining your judgments in writing, and working from anywhere with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on outputs.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judge alignment with prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or misalignment between audio and video.
• Writing a concise, English explanation of what was observed and why.
