Job summary

EverCommerce is seeking a forward-thinking Marketing Specialist to focus on EMHware and GoodTherapy. You will accelerate adoption of AI, automation, and data-driven marketing by transforming how campaigns are executed, content deployed, and performance scaled.

The role supports marketing across Canada, with flexible in-office/remote options. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in digital marketing, strong analytics, and experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and AI tools.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of digital marketing, automation, growth, analytics, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, Zapier).
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, keyword research tools, and performance reporting.
• Experience building workflows in HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven experimentation.

Responsibilities

• AI & Content Automation: Leverage AI tools to support content creation, deployment, and personalization.
• Marketing Automation & Deployment: Build, manage, and optimize marketing automation workflows and A/B testing frameworks.
• SEO & Digital Performance: Plan and execute SEO strategies and monitor performance with analytics tools.
• Analytics, Reporting & Insights: Build real-time dashboards and translate data into actionable insights for decision-makers.
