Instacart is hiring an AI Solutions Lead for Marketing, fully remote in Canada. You will identify slow, manual marketing processes and rebuild them AI-natively, from state assessment to measurement, shipping measurable improvements.

You’ll own adoption, evangelize wins, and drive cross-team collaboration on AI goals. The role emphasizes building portable AI infrastructure, managing intake and prioritization, and partnering with marketing leadership to accelerate AI-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing operations, marketing strategy, or a closely adjacent discipline.
• Proven builder with a track record shipping AI-powered workflows and processes.
• Hands-on daily experience with frontier AI tools such as Claude, GPT-4o, or Gemini.
• Experience building agentic systems where AI components interact with each other.
• Adoption-minded approach to building: design for adoption from day one and accountability for usage.
• Strong communication skills to explain what you’re building to all levels, including leadership.
• Prioritization discipline – evaluate requests and know when not to build.

Responsibilities

• Building (60%): identify high-impact workflows across Marketing, rebuild them AI-natively, own the full cycle from state to measure results.
• Early builds include AI-driven leadership narratives, integrated campaign launch processes, and AI quality for briefs.
• Driving Adoption (20%): create conditions for trust and consistent use; evangelize wins and build internal demand.
• Orchestration & Thought Partnership (20%): lead AI KR forum, unblock blockers, partner with AI goal owners.
