EverAI is seeking a hands-on performance marketer to manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns, test new channels, and improve campaign and funnel performance. The role is fully remote and open to candidates working from Canada. The company prefers a B2B arrangement but is flexible.

You will own channels, build funnels, analyze CPA and ROAS, collaborate with content and product teams on landing pages, and develop SOPs and testing pipelines to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years of performance marketing or user acquisition experience.
• Experience managing $300,000 to $1 million+ in monthly paid media spend.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Apple Search Ads or native advertising.
• Fluent English and ability to advertise uncensored-model and NSFW products.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale one or two paid acquisition channels with potential to expand.
• Build and iterate on acquisition funnels and run tests across creatives, audiences and placements.
• Monitor CPA, ROAS, retention and cohort behaviour and report findings.
• Develop reporting frameworks to inform strategic and tactical decisions.
• Collaborate with content and product teams on landing pages and creatives.
• Create SOPs, playbooks, and pipeline for experimentation and testing.
• Negotiate with traffic sources and evaluate new acquisition opportunities.
• Adapt campaigns to platform rules and algorithm changes.
• Automate processes and maintain dashboards and KPI tracking.

The Role

EverAI is seeking a hands-on performance marketer to manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns, test new channels, and improve campaign and funnel performance. The role is fully remote and open to candidates working from Canada. The company prefers a B2B arrangement but is flexible.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale one or two paid acquisition channels, with potential to expand channel scope.
• Build and iterate on acquisition funnels and run tests across creatives, audiences, and placements.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behaviour.
• Build and maintain reporting frameworks to inform strategic and tactical decisions.
• Brief creative concepts and collaborate with content and product teams on landing pages.
• Develop approaches to reduce creative fatigue and increase testing speed.
• Manage relationships with traffic sources, negotiate placements, and evaluate new acquisition opportunities.
• Adapt campaigns to platform rules and algorithm changes.
• Automate acquisition processes and create SOPs, playbooks, and experiment pipelines.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years of performance marketing or user acquisition experience.
• Track record managing $300,000 to $1 million or more in monthly paid media spend.
• Experience owning campaign execution, results, and optimization.
• Experience with platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Apple Search Ads, or native advertising.
• Fluency with analytics and tracking tools such as GA4, Voluum, and dashboards.
• Experience briefing and evaluating creative, and optimizing landing pages and funnels.
• Subscription business, CAC/LTV, or sensitive and regulated vertical experience is an asset.
• Fluent English and comfort advertising uncensored-model and NSFW products.
