Job summary

DNV is seeking a motivated sales professional to drive the growth of our Aerospace and Management Systems certification and training portfolio across North America. The role can be remote from anywhere in Canada, with travel up to 25%.

You will develop new opportunities, identify client training needs, prepare proposals, and maintain strong relationships with customers while collaborating with training, operations, and marketing teams to maximize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing roles within aerospace, aviation, defense, certification, training, or related industries.
• Strong consultative selling, relationship management, and business development skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with quality, operational, engineering, and executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of aerospace certification and training sales across North America.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and existing client relationships.
• Identify client training needs and recommend learning solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and close sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with trainers, operations, marketing, and certification sales teams to maximize opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM data.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support growth.
