Thordon Bearings Inc. in Burlington, Ontario, is seeking a Business Development & Sales Manager to drive growth across aerospace, defence, UAS/UAV, and Advanced Air Mobility markets.

You will identify new market opportunities, develop strategic customer relationships, and lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, while collaborating with Engineering on solutions. Willingness to travel 40–60% internationally is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; aerospace experience valued.
• Minimum 5 years in aerospace business development, technical sales, or related roles.
• Experience selling aerospace components or engineered products is required.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute annual business development and sales strategies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs, MROs, distributors, and government organizations.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to quotation, negotiation, and order closure.
