DNV is seeking a Senior Manager, ICT Delivery & Technical Operations to lead its ICT certification services across Canada and the USA. This remote-based role (Toronto, Calgary or Vancouver office) will ensure high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, and scalable operations.

You will oversee auditors, technical experts, and project managers, driving capacity planning and governance for ISO/IEC standards while aligning with accreditation requirements and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead audit delivery functions and complex certification engagements.
• Strong completion of ISO/ICT assurance projects and related standards.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead ICT delivery and technical operations across Canada and USA.
• Provide governance for ISO/IEC 27001 and related ICT assurance services.
• Directly manage ICT delivery organization including auditors and project managers.
• Ensure services are delivered safely, on time, and in line with accreditation requirements.
• Scale ICT delivery capabilities to support business growth.
