Job summary

Affinity Group in Canada is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support growth in the Financial Services market within the GTA. This remote-first role offers a base salary, bonuses, and uncapped commissions starting from first sale.

You will leverage Affinity’s presence in Ontario, collaborate with a proposal response team, manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to rapid expansion over the next three years.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience in IT consulting, staffing or recruitment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships with GTA market knowledge.
• Recruitment and public sector expertise, with Toronto-based clients and financial sector experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Account Management and Client Engagement: Foster and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our recruitment and staffing services. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities within your territory, leveraging both your recruitment background and account management skills to develop relationships with potential clients.
• Client Communication and Service Coordination: Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, managing daily communications and addressing their needs and inquiries efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services, resolving any issues that might arise during the process.
