Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency delivering paid media, SEO, CRO and web services for marketing-led brands. As Account Growth Manager you own an established book of recurring agency clients, retaining them and growing revenue.

You will collaborate with strategists and delivery teams to present one clear voice to clients, while sustaining a seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells. This is a base plus commission role with a 50/50 split.

Formación

• Agency account management experience in marketing, digital, creative or advertising.
• Proven track record of keeping clients and selling them more work with measurable figures.
• Comfort with quota responsibility.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

• Upsells and expansion: finding the next project inside each client and selling it.

What You Will Own

What You Need

• Agency account management experience. Marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency. This is a must.
• A record of keeping clients and selling them more work, with numbers you can walk us through.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Base plus commission, split 50/50.
