Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is a remote digital agency delivering paid media, SEO, CRO and web services for marketing-led brands. You will own an established book of recurring clients as Client Success Manager, focusing on retention and growth.

You will work with strategists and delivery teams to present one clear voice to clients, uncover upsell opportunities, and drive a seven-figure annual quota across retention and expansions.

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience is a must.
• Proven track record keeping clients and selling additional work with measurable results.
• Comfort carrying a quota and meeting targets.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own retention across your book of clients, managing renewals and early warnings.
• Identify and close upsell opportunities within each account.
• Achieve a seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency running paid media, SEO, CRO and web for marketing-led brands. As Client Success Manager you own an established book of recurring agency clients. Our sales team wins new clients; you keep them and grow them.

What You Will Own

• Retention across your book: the relationship, the renewal and the early warning when an account is drifting.
• Upsells and expansion: finding the next project inside each client and selling it.
• A seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.
• Working with the strategists and delivery team who run the work, so the client hears one clear voice.

What You Need

• Agency account management experience. Marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency. This is a must.
• A record of keeping clients and selling them more work, with numbers you can walk us through.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

• Base plus commission, split 50/50.
