Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency specializing in paid media, SEO, CRO and web for marketing-led brands. As Account Manager you own an established book of recurring agency clients.

You keep them and grow them, coordinating with strategists and delivery teams to deliver a single, clear voice to each client. We seek an experienced agency account manager with a track record of retaining clients and upselling, who is comfortable carrying a quota.

• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

• A seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.

What You Will Own

What You Need

• Agency account management experience. Marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency. This is a must.
• A record of keeping clients and selling them more work, with numbers you can walk us through.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Base plus commission, split 50/50.
