Finning International Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor for its OEM Remanufacturing team in Edmonton.

The role focuses on handling customer cores, coordinating quotations, timelines, and on-site support to ensure seamless remanufacturing processes for Finning’s customer groups. The successful candidate will have 3+ years in operations or customer service, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in an operations/manufacturing environment or customer service role.
• Strong customer-service focus and problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review and analyze incoming cores and documentation; resolve discrepancies with branches.
• Communicate daily activities to branches and respond to inquiries.
• Support quotation process with Production and Service Biller to meet customer requirements.
• Address questions about the QIF Process through OEM Exchanger for branches.
• Monitor work order accruals and ensure timely PO submission; escalate aged accruals.
• Coordinate Customer Viewings with Planning and the Branch; act as main contact on arrival.
• Conduct on-site OEM tours with Finning personnel and customers; ensure smooth hand-off to Technical Services.
• Align daily activities with performance metrics to achieve targets.
• Participate in weekly Customer Service meetings and monthly Safety meetings.
