Job summary

Mississippi River Health Alliance is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (Days/Nights) for Medical Surgical, permanent part-time positions in Canada. The incumbent will deliver quality nursing care to patients and families and contribute to policy and procedure development under supervision.

Requirements include current CNON registration as a Registered Nurse, CPR/ACLS, and two years of medical/surgical experience, with Cardiac Care considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR and ACLS.
• Two (2) years medical/surgical experience.
• Cardiac Care Course (preferred).

Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients and their families as well as the maintenance and development of policies and procedures under supervision.
