VON Canada is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver holistic, person-centred care in clients' homes, clinics, or virtually. You will assess, plan, and implement care across age groups with autonomy, collaborating with other health professionals.

The role offers diverse settings, travel within the community, and ongoing professional development. Ideal candidates are licensed RNs, comfortable with driving, and able to wear PPE.

Qualifikationen

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the province of practice.
• Community health experience is an asset.
• Must enjoy driving, have a personal vehicle and possess both a current driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance.
• A satisfactory Criminal Records Check is required; Vulnerable Sector Search and/or Child Abuse Registry Check may also be necessary.
• Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Working conditions and physical demands: This role requires a detail-oriented approach in a dynamic environment, with physical activity including lifting, carrying (using proper techniques), bending, reaching, kneeling, and other movements that emphasize good body mechanics. Individuals in the role are required to walk, sit, stand, and climb stairs throughout the day, with some tasks requiring fine hand movements.
