Job summary

ParaMed is seeking a registered nurse to deliver community home-health visits across designated Ontario areas, including Temiskaming Shores. You will assess patients, implement and monitor care plans, and keep comprehensive patient records while traveling to patient homes.

Must be CNO-registered in good standing with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory. Part-time scheduling includes every other weekend off, with competitive benefits and career growth

Qualifications

  • Must be a registered nurse with the CNO in good standing.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle required.
  • Experience delivering community/home health care is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel within designated area and be on-call after hours.

  • Conduct patient assessments using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor individualized care plans.
  • Engage patients and families with a collaborative, rapport-building approach.
  • Maintain and update professional patient records and encounters.
