As a Registered Nurse in this community nursing role, you will have scheduled visits to care for patients of all ages with varying needs and help them remain comfortable at home.

This is a Full-Time evening schedule with on-call requirements and a replacement position. You will work with a supportive team, participate in best-in-class training and development programs,

Qualifications

• Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Experience in delivering community care is an asset.
• Willingness to travel to and from patient residences within a designated area.
