Job summary

ParaMed is seeking a Palliative RN Visiting Nurse to provide scheduled, in-home care across a designated area. You will assess patients, implement care plans, and collaborate with families to maintain comfort and dignity in the home setting.

Experience in palliative care is mandatory; you will travel to patient residences, maintain records, and participate in ongoing training to ensure high-quality, compassionate care for diverse patient needs.

Qualifications

• Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Experience delivering community/home care is an asset.
• Willingness to travel to patient residences within a designated area.

In this community Palliative RN Visiting Nursing role, as a Registered Nurse (RN) you will have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of palliative care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible. Experience in Palliative care is mandatory for this position.
