Job summary

ParaMed Home Health Care in Ontario seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for a palliative care visiting role. You will perform scheduled patient visits in home settings, manage complex palliative needs, and help patients remain comfortable at home.

The role requires CNO registration and valid driver's license, with travel across the community. We offer full-time hours, on-call coverage, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Description

In this community Palliative RPN Visiting Nursing role, as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) you will have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of palliative care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.

Experience in palliative care is mandatory for this position.
