Job summary

ParaMed Home Health Care in Canada seeks a Registered Nurse (RPN) for visiting home health care across designated area. You will perform assessments, implement and monitor care plans, and support patients staying in their homes with palliative needs.

In this community RPN Visiting Nursing role, as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) you will have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of palliative care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.
