Job summary

ParaMed Home Health Care in Red Lake, Ontario is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide in-home patient care with scheduled visits across settings. You will assess patient needs, implement and monitor care plans, and build trusting relationships with patients and families.

The role requires CNO registration, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel within the designated area. Sign-on bonus of $3,000 accompanies a comprehensive benefits package and career development

• Required on-call coverage, including after hours to ensure patient safety and to meet patient care needs.

This position is located in Red Lake, Ontario.

In this community nursing role, as a Registered Nurse (RN) you will have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.
