Job summary

CBI Health–Windsor Tecumseh clinic is seeking a Registered Massage Therapist to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team as an independent contractor. Build and grow your massage therapy practice with strong support and a well-established patient base.

You’ll operate within our collaborative setting, contribute to client recovery, and enjoy flexible hours and a supportive administrative infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant massage therapy experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and treat clients referred for massage therapy.
• Contribute to a rehabilitation-focused team providing massage therapy as part of care.
• Communicate goals and treatment plans to clients and the treatment team.
• Maintain massage therapy assessments and treatment notes.

About this opportunity

As a Registered Massage Therapist based at our Windsor Tecumseh clinic, you’ll have ample opportunity to build and grow your massage therapy business as an independent contractor in a well-supported rehabilitation setting.

Fee split:60%–65%

Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day

• Perform assessments and treat clients who are referred directly for massage therapy
• Contribute to a team that provides massage therapy to clients as part of their overall rehabilitation
• Communicates goals and expectations of the treatment to the clients and the rest of the treatment team
• Maintains records of massage therapy assessments and treatment notes

What you need to be successful

• Registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• The ability to facilitate our clients' needs by exceeding their expectations.
• Relevant experience is a definite an asset.
