Job summary

CBI Health is seeking a Registered Massage Therapist in Brantford, Ontario to operate as an independent contractor within our Mobility Orthopaedic Rehab Centre. You will build and grow your massage therapy practice with strong administrative support and a client‑centered approach to rehabilitation.

You’ll work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, assess clients, communicate treatment goals, and maintain detailed records to ensure seamless care and outcomes in a well‑supported setting.

Qualifications

• Registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) or equivalent
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• The ability to facilitate our clients’ needs by exceeding their expectations
• Relevant experience is a definite asset

• Perform assessments and treat clients who are referred directly for massage therapy
• Contribute to a team that provides massage therapy to clients as part of their overall rehabilitation
• Communicate goals and expectations of the treatment to the clients and the rest of the treatment team

Fee split: 65%–70%
