Job summary

CBI Health Group in Brantford, ON is seeking a Registered Massage Therapist to join our Mobility Orthopaedic Rehab Centre as an independent contractor. Build and grow your massage therapy practice within a well-supported rehabilitation setting.

You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team, assess and treat clients referred for massage therapy, and manage treatment records while focusing on quality of care and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registration in good standing with the CMTO.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to articulate treatment goals to clients and the team.
• Relevant experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and treat clients referred for massage therapy.
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
• Communicate goals and treatment expectations to clients and the team.

As a Registered Massage Therapist based at our Mobility Orthopaedic Rehab Centre, you’ll have ample opportunity to build and grow your massage therapy business as an independent contractor in a well-supported rehabilitation setting.

Fee split:65%–70%

Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day

• Perform assessments and treat clients who are referred directly for massage therapy
• Contribute to a team that provides massage therapy to clients as part of their overall rehabilitation
• Communicates goals and expectations of the treatment to the clients and the rest of the treatment team
• Maintains records of massage therapy assessments and treatment notes

What you need to be successful

• Registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) or equivalent
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• The ability to facilitate our clients' needs by exceeding their expectations.
• Relevant experience is a definite an asset.
