Job summary

About This Opportunity

As a Registered Massage Therapist at our Guelph Health Centre, you’ll build and grow your independent practice in a well‑supported rehabilitation setting while contributing to our interdisciplinary team. This opportunity offers a fee split of 65%–70% and allows you to provide evidence‑based massage therapy as part of comprehensive client care.

What You’ll Do Each Day

Perform assessments and treat clients referred directly for massage therapy.
Contribute to a team that provides massage therapy to clients as part of their overall rehabilitation.
Communicate goals and expectations of the treatment to clients and the rest of the treatment team.
Maintain records of assessment and treatment notes.

What You Need to Be Successful

Registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) or equivalent.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to exceed clients’ expectations and facilitate their needs.
Relevant experience is a definite asset.
