Job summary

CBI Health is seeking a Registered Massage Therapist at our Cambridge Centre for Health and Wellness to build and grow a massage therapy practice within an interdisciplinary team.

You will operate as an independent contractor with a fee split of 65%–70%, contributing to clients’ rehabilitation goals while receiving strong administrative and clinical support from the centre. Flexible hours support work–life balance and quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be registered in good standing with the CMTO.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and treat clients referred for massage therapy.
• Contribute to a rehabilitation team providing massage therapy as part of care.
• Communicate treatment goals and expectations to clients and the team.
• Maintain accurate massage therapy assessments and treatment notes.

As a Registered Massage Therapist based at our Cambridge Centre for Health and Wellness, you’ll have ample opportunity to build and grow your massage therapy business as an independent contractor in a well‑supported rehabilitation setting.

Fee split: 65%–70%

Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day

• Perform assessments and treat clients who are referred directly for massage therapy
• Contribute to a team that provides massage therapy to clients as part of their overall rehabilitation
• Communicates goals and expectations of the treatment to the clients and the rest of the treatment team
• Maintains records of massage therapy assessments and treatment notes

What You Need To Be Successful

• Registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) or equivalent
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• The ability to facilitate our clients' needs by exceeding their expectations
• Relevant experience is a definite asset
