Northern Health is seeking a Registered Care Aide for Rotary Manor in Dawson Creek. Under supervision, you will provide resident care aligned with resident-centered approaches, assist with daily living activities, and support routine tasks including transporting residents and light clerical duties.

In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of Manager or designate, the Registered Care Aide provides resident care in accordance with resident-centred care philosophy and established regional and facility policies and procedures. As part of the multidisciplinary team and under the direction of the Manager or designate, the Registered Care Aide performs nursing procedures such as taking temperature, pulse and respiration in addition to resident care duties relating to activities of daily living, including personal, social, physical and recreational needs. Transports residents and performs clerical duties.
