Job summary

Northern Health is seeking a Registered Care Aide for Rotary Manor in Dawson Creek. Under supervision, you will provide resident care aligned with resident-centered approaches, assist with daily living activities, and support routine tasks including transporting residents and light clerical duties.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team focused on high-quality, compassionate care in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Grade 10+ with Nursing Assistant program completion and registration with BC Care Aide Registry or equivalent.
• Registered with BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care following resident-centred care philosophy and facility policies.
• Take vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration) and assist with activities of daily living.
• Transport residents and perform clerical duties as needed.
