Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Canada Regional Manager for Robertson Building Systems. You will lead a team of sales professionals across Canada and the USA, shaping sales strategies for Complex and Simple Metal Buildings and Components.

Collaborate with pricing, marketing, and operations to drive growth and profitability while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You will travel up to 50%, work closely with US and Canadian leaders, and report to the VP of Sales.

Qualifications

• Must be data-driven and able to manage multiple data streams.
• Proven leadership and collaboration in a matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of sales drivers in building materials and pricing insights.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and spend time in Brantford, ON.

Responsibilities

• Coach and grow the Robertson sales teams; elevate skills.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share.
• Organize territories, schedules and performance of sales professionals.
• Collaborate with US and Canadian leaders to align on strategy and branding.
• Partner with pricing to meet profitability targets while driving growth.
• Maintain and analyze sales KPIs and provide insights for leadership reviews.
• Drive customer experience through collaboration with the plant network.
• Identify opportunities for growth, M&A alignment, and integration planning.
• Represent the company with industry organizations and trade shows.
