Responsibilities

• Lead the team: Coach and support employees while setting clear expectations, building accountability, and developing performance.
• Drive branch performance: Lead sales growth, profitability, and operational effectiveness.
• Strengthen customer relationships: Build and maintain strong customer partnerships with high service levels.
• Manage financial results: Oversee budgets, expenses, and P&L performance.
• Oversee branch operations: Ensure day-to-day operations are safe, productive, efficient, and accurate.
• Manage inventory: Ensure inventory accuracy and optimize investments.
• Develop talent: Identify opportunities to build capability and career development.
• Foster ROBINSON's Safety Culture: Maintain a safe work environment through leadership and training.
