Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations. This role provides leadership across sales, customer relationships, financial management, operations, and team development, ensuring the branch delivers strong business results while supporting a positive, high-performing culture.

What you will do:

About You:
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a wholesale, distribution, or related industry environment.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing branch or wholesale operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and engage employees while promoting accountability and high performance.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience managing P&L performance, budgets, and financial statements.
  • Experience driving sales growth while maintaining operational effectiveness.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers, suppliers, employees, and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A practical, proactive approach with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Post-secondary education in Business Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
