Richelieu Hardware is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead a seven-person sales team across Ontario and Western Canada. This hands-on, player-coach role combines leadership, strategic development, and direct customer engagement to drive profitable growth.

The ideal candidate brings extensive hardware distribution experience, a proven track record of exceeding targets, and the ability to coach a team while maintaining key customer relationships. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive sales experience in hardware or wholesale distribution.
• Experience leading and developing a sales team.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and profitability.
• Strong understanding of distribution channels.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a seven-person sales team across Ontario and Western Canada.
• Set objectives, territory plans, KPIs, and performance reviews.
• Drive revenue growth, pricing, and market-share objectives.
• Manage strategic accounts and major projects.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and leadership.
• Travel regularly throughout Ontario and Western Canada.
