Dentalcorp Health Services LTD. in Toronto is seeking a Manager, Regional Marketing to partner with Operations and practice leaders to drive growth across a regional portfolio of dental practices.

You will lead data-driven marketing initiatives, optimize spend, and develop practice-level plans to maximize patient acquisition and retention while collaborating across Support Centre teams. This role requires 5–7 years of B2C marketing experience, healthcare exposure is a plus, and a proactive,

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience is required.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive B2C marketing experience is required.
• Experience in healthcare, multi-location retail, franchise, or service-based organizations is an asset.
• Consulting or advisory experience is an asset.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a regional portfolio of practices using data, market insights, and performance trends to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
• Partner with Operations, practice leaders, and Support Centre teams to activate practice-level marketing plans.
• Provide consultative recommendations on patient acquisition, retention, budget planning, and marketing spend to maximize ROI.
• Lead marketing initiatives for mergers, acquisitions, relocations, and new practice builds.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships; establish regular performance reviews and growth planning.
