Job summary

Dentalcorp is seeking a Manager, Regional Marketing in Toronto to drive growth across a regional portfolio of dental practices. You will partner with Operations and practice leaders to develop and activate data-informed marketing plans aligned with business priorities.

This role requires 5–7 years of progressive B2C marketing experience, strong analytics, and excellent communication. The position is on-site in Toronto with a hybrid work model (Mon–Thu onsite, Fri work-from-home).

Qualifications

• Strategic, data-driven marketing experience required.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into recommendations.
• Excellent communication and storytelling with internal/external stakeholders.
• Proven project management across budgets, timelines, and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize a regional portfolio of practices using data and market insights.
• Partner with Operations, practice leads, and Support Centre to activate marketing plans.
• Provide consultative recommendations on patient acquisition, retention, and marketing spend.
• Lead marketing initiatives for mergers, relocations, and new practice builds.
