Anytime Dental is growing across Southern Ontario, seeking Regional Directors to lead a portfolio of clinics and partner with Clinic Managers, Doctors and Support Office to drive sustainable growth. As a Regional Director, you’ll develop leaders, coach through challenges, review performance, and turn data into priorities and action plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in dental operations.
• Experience leading multiple clinics or regions.
• Proven track record coaching leaders and building strong teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to travel regularly within the region.
