Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience is required.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive B2C marketing experience is required.
  • Experience in healthcare, multi-location retail, franchise, or service-based organizations is an asset.
  • Consulting or advisory experience is an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a regional portfolio of practices using data, market insights, and performance trends to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Partner with Operations, practice leaders, and Support Centre teams to activate practice-level marketing plans.
  • Provide consultative recommendations on patient acquisition, retention, budget planning, and marketing spend to maximize ROI.
  • Lead marketing initiatives for mergers, acquisitions, relocations, and new practice builds.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships; establish regular performance reviews and growth planning.

This job posting is for an existing vacancy.You will be based at our Toronto Support Centre, located at 181 Bay Street in the heart of Toronto’s financial district.
