KPIC Maintenance Services Inc., part of the FWS Group, is seeking a Regional Manager for Alberta North (Edmonton). You will supervise day-to-day regional activities, coordinate maintenance, retrofits and small projects, and ensure work is completed safely, on time and within budget.

The role blends corporate oversight with field leadership. The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in service and maintenance, strong mechanical knowledge, and proven leadership, with the ability to travel to multiple

Qualifications

• Technical/Trade School Certificate or Diploma required.
• Journeyman certificate preferred in structural/mechanical field; electrical knowledge beneficial.
• 10-15 years of service & maintenance field experience; led projects from $50k to $500k.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning, direction and coordination of maintenance services, small construction and retrofits.
• Manages scheduling, budgeting and implementation for regional projects.
• Ensures compliance with safety regulations and client/corporate guidelines across sites.
• Leads and develops field personnel, including coaching and accountability.
• Builds customer relationships and coordinates with contractors to meet client needs.
