Job summary

Venters Recruits is seeking a Regional Manager (Fire Protection/Sprinkler Systems) to lead the Edmonton branch and support the Calgary branch. The role requires hands-on experience with fire protection systems and sprinkler installations, plus strong project management skills across bidding, design and installation.

The ideal candidate will have a track record as a branch manager or senior operations leader, and be comfortable managing multiple territories (Edmonton 2/3, Calgary 1/3).

Qualifications

• Experience with fire protection systems and sprinkler installation.
• PM experience including bidding/tendering, designing and installing of systems.
• Experience as a branch manager or Sr Ops manager in the industry.
• Willingness to manage multiple territories: Edmonton 2/3, Calgary 1/3.

Responsibilities

• Run the Edmonton branch and support the Calgary Branch.
• Lead projects from bidding to installation and commissioning.
• Develop and maintain client relationships across territories.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met in all installations.
