Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders on employee relations, workforce planning, and performance management.
  • Interpret employment legislation and ensure HR compliance across regions.
  • Lead investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Coach leaders on performance, career development, compensation, and retention.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and internal staffing movements.
  • Administer compensation reviews and HRIS data integrity.
  • Travel regularly to supported locations and assist with workforce initiatives.
